1.Non-Refundable Fees
•All payments made to SteerSkills Private Limited are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
•Student withdrawal or dropout
•Technical issues on the student’s side (internet, device failure, etc.)
•Change of mind, delay in joining, or dissatisfaction with the course
•Schedule changes or trainer replacement
2.Batch Transfers
•Transfer to a future batch may be considered only under genuine reasons and is subject to management approval. Such transfers do not imply refund eligibility.
3.Program Changes
•In case of unavoidable technical or operational issues, SteerSkills may offer alternate class timings, trainers, or access to recorded sessions, which shall be deemed as full delivery of service.
4.Payment Responsibility
•The participant is responsible for ensuring complete and timely payment of all fees. Failure to pay installments or dues may result in suspension or cancellation of course access.
5.Dispute Resolution
•Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
