1. Terms & Conditions
1.General Acceptance
•By enrolling in any training program, webinar, or service offered by SteerSkills Private Limited, the student (“Participant”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2.Enrollment & Eligibility
•Admission is subject to verification of eligibility and documentation as required by SteerSkills.
•SteerSkills reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment without prior notice if the provided information is found to be false or incomplete.
3.Course Access & Usage
•All training materials, live classes, recordings, and online resources provided are the intellectual property of SteerSkills Private Limited.
•Access is strictly limited to the registered participant. Sharing, copying, recording, or distributing course materials or login credentials will result in immediate suspension without refund.
•The validity of course access (including recorded sessions) will be as per the duration mentioned at the time of enrollment.
4.Course Modifications & Scheduling
•SteerSkills reserves the right to modify the curriculum, class schedule, trainer, or delivery mode (live/recorded/hybrid) at its discretion to maintain training quality.
•Classes missed by students will not be rescheduled individually; recordings may be provided when applicable.
5.Conduct & Compliance
•Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during all sessions, both online and offline.
• Any form of abuse, misconduct, or breach of discipline may result in termination of access without refund.
6.Placement Assistance
•Placement support is provided as part of the program; however, SteerSkills does not guarantee job placement.
•Selection and hiring depend solely on the candidate’s performance, communication skills, and client/company requirements.
7.Certificate Issuance
•Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course, including all assessments, attendance requirements, and fee payments.
8.Intellectual Property Rights
•All materials, logos, course content, and digital assets are owned by SteerSkills Private Limited. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.
9.Limitation of Liability
•SteerSkills is not liable for any indirect loss, data loss, employment loss, or system malfunction experienced during or after the training program.
